ALLSTAR ONLINE TEAM SERIES
The Allstar Online Team Series Qualifier is designed to allow Teams of four from all over Australia to compete against each other in 4 divisions. The Allstar Online Team Series Qualifier allow beginners, teens, masters through to advanced athletes to compete against other affiliates/gyms throughout Australia
Cost $120.00 (Per team)
the competition
Teams will be required to compete over a three-week Allstar Online Qualifier.
Three Weeks:
Wk1 – 25th November 2020
Wk2 – 2nd December 2020
Wk3 – 9th December 2020
The workouts will be completed at your affiliate/gym. Each week there will be 2 workouts & the workouts will be released via Facebook on the Wednesday. You will have a week to complete the workouts and submit your scores. There will be more than one scoring opportunity per workout.
Upon registration you will nominate which division you which to compete in.
TEAms
Team’s must consist of 4 team members (2 males & 2 females). Exceptions may be made for all female gyms and in the instance of injury at the sole discretion of Allstars.
Each team receives entry for all 4 athletes competing.
All Team Members must train in the same Affiliate/Functional Fitness Gym.
TEAM NAMES
It is important that the correct information is entered when registering. Please have pride in your Affiliate/Functional Fitness Gym and include this in your Team name.
This also helps others know who they are competing with. This is a National competition and people all across Australia check the scoreboard.
Your Affiliate/Functional Fitness Gym name is important and should be respected.
CHANGING TEAM MEMBERS:
You can change team members up to the day of the online qualifier but once you commence the Allstar Online Qualifier you are required to keep the same four team members for the duration of the Online Qualifier
DIVISIONS
The Allstar Team Series is open to all athletes catering from Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Athletes.
Allstars has 4 divisions – Open, Scaled, Masters 35-44 & Masters 45+
All workouts can be scaled, and we would encourage all athletes to participate and have fun regardless of their lifting ability.

All workouts will be programmed by SwanStrong - the home gym and affiliate program of Brandon Swan.
Workouts will be designed to test the field of teams, leaning heavily on the 10 years of high-level competition that Brandon has completed. Expect classic CrossFit, simple but effective movements, with all workouts designed to provide a high level of entertainment as well as test the athletes effectively.

MOVEMENT STANDARDS
Workouts and movement standards are released on the Wednesday.
The movement standards must be understood by all athletes.
Failure to meet these required standards may result in a penalty for your team.
