Allstar Alliance is excited to bring to you competitions that enables athletes of all ages and abilities to compete against others across Australia. 

 

To ensure that each Athlete registers in the correct division we have listed the divisional descriptions below;

* For Teams / Pairs competitions - All members must be the correct age if competing within Teams, Masters 35-44 or Master 45+ divisions 

 

* Division descriptions below are a guide only and athletes may choose any division appropriate to their own skill level, however Allstar Alliance reserves the right and at their own discretion, to update an Athletes divisional registration where an Athlete is clearly displaying abilities outside of those attributed to that division. 

OPEN divisions

The open division is open to all athletes of all ages, teens & masters can choose to either compete in the open division or within their own age divisions.

beginner

  • Crossfitting less than 12 months 

  • Competent at all lifts at reduced load 

    • Deadlift 60/40kg

    • Snatch 30/20kg

    • C & J 40/25kg

    • Thruster 30/20kg

  • Limited gymnastic ability across movements like pull ups and HSPU

  • Additional substitutions may be available for some workouts

intermediate

  • Crossfitting more than 12 months

  • Competed in the Open at some Scaled and RX'd workouts  

  • Competent at all lifts at moderate load 

    • Deadlift 100/70kg

    • Snatch 50/30kg

    • C & J 60/40kg

    • Thruster 50/30kg

  • Moderate gymnastic ability with competence in pull ups, Scaled HSPU (1 x abmat) and some reps at bar muscle ups

RX

  • Crossfitting more than 12 months 

  • Competed in the Open and Rx'd all workouts 

  • Competent at all lifts at heavier loads 

    • Deadlift 125/80kg

    • Snatch 70/45kg

    • C & J 80/50kg

    • Thruster 60/40kg

  • Proficient gymnastic ability with competence in ring and bar muscles, Kipping and strict HSPU and HS walks

Masters divisions

master 35 - 44

  • Competed in the Open at some Scaled and RX'd workouts  

  • Competent at all lifts at moderate load 

    • Deadlift 100/70kg

    • Snatch 50/30kg

    • C & J 60/40kg

    • Thruster 50/30kg

  • Moderate gymnastic ability with competence in pull ups, Scaled HSPU (1 x abmat) and some reps at bar muscle ups

master 45+ 

  • Competent at all lifts at reduced load 

    • Deadlift 60/40kg

    • Snatch 30/20kg

    • C & J 40/25kg

    • Thruster 30/20kg

  • Limited gymnastic ability across movements like pull ups and HSPU

  • Additional substitutions may be available for some workouts 
     

teens 14-18 years

  • Crossfitting less then 12 months 

  • Competent at all lifts at reduced load 

    • Deadlift 60/40kg

    • Snatch 30/20kg

    • C & J 40/25kg

    • Thruster 30/20kg

  • Limited gymnastic ability across movements like pull ups and HSPU

* Teens with higher abilities may choose to register for the open division
