2022 event REGISTRATIONS

THE TEAMS

Each team receives entry for all 4 athletes competing.

Teams must consist of 4 team members (2 males & 2 females). Exceptions may be made for all female gyms and in the instance of injury at the sole discretion of Allstars.

All Team Members must train in the same Affiliate/Functional Fitness Gym. (multiple divisions will be available)

PAIRS and INDIVIDUALS

The Individuals and Pairs qualifying event will be online and will consist of 4 workouts to be completed over 3 weeks, These workouts can be performed either in the local Affiliate or any other local Affiliate so long as all workouts criteria are met.

Pairs are either Male / Male or Male / Female or Female / Female combinations (multiple divisions will be available)

The Individual and Pairs Championship will be a LIVE event held in Queensland and will align with the Queensland Teams qualifier event weekend (workouts will start Friday night)
